Close Unneeded Browser Tabs\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Web browsers run every tab you open as <a target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" href=\"https:\/\/www.online-tech-tips.com\/why-does-chrome-have-so-many-processes\/\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"43384\">individual sub-processes<\/a>. Each tab\/process uses your Chromebook\u2019s memory to stay running.
