If these files have become corrupted, that may be why you have <a target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" href=\"https:\/\/helpdeskgeek.com\/screen-sharing-not-working-in-microsoft-teams-9-fixes-to-try\/\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"48224\">issues with the app<\/a>. Luckily, you can clear these cached files, which will refresh Teams and give the app a chance to rebuild the cache.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Fully quit <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Teams<\/span> on your machine. Ensure the app isn\u2019t running in the system tray.\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Run<\/span> dialog box by pressing <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Windows<\/span> + style=\"font-weight:bold\">Sign Out and Back Into MS Teams\n<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another way to refresh Teams is by logging out and back into your account in the app. This forces the app to remove
