This is because launching an app as an admin allows the app to perform all the tasks it needs to run. If you open the same app from elsewhere, it will run without admin rights.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight:bold\">2. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Temporarily Disable User Account Control (UAC)\n<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One reason you encounter the above error is that <a target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" href=\"https:\/\/helpdeskgeek.com\/what-is-uac-in-windows-and-how-to-disable-it\/\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"48450\">User Account Control (UAC)<\/a> is interfering with your task.
